The Science Behind the “Elite Weight Loss Program”

The Science Behind the
“Elite Weight Loss Program”

Years of research have gone into the world of weight loss solutions and we used all the data we could find to device this system. Very early in our studies we found that a special diet incorporated for a certain type of gym routine was the way forward. High carbohydrate, Isometric, food combining, food separating, high protein, Ketogenic are just a few types of diets we combined with work out routines.

So years past with scientific monitoring of each program in action using advanced training and monitoring equipment, until we had the formula down to a tee. Hollywood stars didn’t come knocking over night though. It took another few years of the word getting around that there was a new training program which is getting any body, any size or any shape, lean, and toned in weeks. Then once the first few celebrities enquired about following this secret program it just went crazy, everybody wanted to know about this new fad in weight loss.

With demand so high and with most the information already in a tangible format, somebody suggested publishing the program as it could really help many people throughout the world lose their fat and get into shape.

  • Learn to lose fat permanently:
95% of people who lose weight put it back on within the first year and sometimes end up fatter than when they started. Learn how to train to keep the weight off and how you can stay toned even once your motivation to go every day to the gym goes.
  • Learn the right way to lose body fat without slowing your metabolism:
When dieting you often hit a weight loss “plateau” at this point you will neither gain or lose weight. This is due to the body burning actual muscle in order to feed its need for energy. This results in a drastic slowing down of your metabolism! The elite weight loss program will teach you how to avoid this happening and teach you how to control your metabolism and use it to your big, best advantage as a calorie burning furnace!
  • Learn to lose fat without the need for diet pills:
Weight loss drugs do work, but the results are temporary as your body adapts to them and the side effects are nasty. Learning to train without pills by getting your training and nutrition right without you ever feeling hungry will ensure you continue to burn fat and keep it off.

Zaveck dropped Delgado twice in round two, and finished him in round five in the one-sided bout. Referee Benny Decroos finally waved in off in the fifth as the cut and battered Delgado sank to his knees. Zaveck, who made his third successful defense, has now set his sights on invading the USA in search of big fights. UK Boxing: Mitchell Balker “Unleash The Fury”

By Rio

London - Wednesday, 16th February 2011

Mitchell Balker Added To Unleash The Fury At York Hall 5th March

Exciting London based Dutch Cruiserweight prospect Mitchell Balker is to make his third UK outing, against Doncaster’s John Anthony, at the Steve Goodwin promoted ‘UNLEASH THE FURY’ event at York Hall in Bethnal Green, London, on Saturday 5th March 2011.

Balker’s performance on his last outing, against Nick Okoth at the excellent Graham Earl promoted ‘Capital Punishment’ Event in January, was pure quality.

Balker’s savvy ring craft proved to be too much for ‘The Ox’. Right from the start Balker controlled the fight utilising crisp jabs to keep Okoth on the defensive before moving in to land solid jabs and right hands before stepping aside to thwart any return salvos from the heavy handed Okoth.

Round two see Okoth charge from his corner before swinging wildly in a effort to gain a semblance of control. Balker kept calm and stayed out of trouble by moving out of range and occasionally letting rip with clinical lefts and rights that slowed the advancing Okoth considerably.

Round three see Balker step things up a notch and just plain out box Okoth with crisp jabs and wicked combinations. Each time Okoth advanced Balker would let him back him onto the ropes before spinning Okoth and launching a controlled attack of his own. Often to the head but sometimes with a peach of a three punch combination that ended with a solid left to the body.

Round four was more of the same and it was no surprise that come the final bell the referee declared Balker the winner by a clear 40-36 points margin.

Following a training session at the Ultrachem TKO Boxing Gym in Canning Town, London, Balker spoke of the bout with Nick Okoth as well as the upcoming fight with John Anthony, “As always I am in good shape, I’m always in the gym . I’m ready for it, I’m ready to go.

I enjoyed my last fight against Nick Okoth. I had good training, I did what I was supposed to do. Good Boxing, crisp good jab and yeah I did a good job.

On the 5th what you are going to see is Mitchell Balker in top condition and I’m ready to go. If it goes longer rounds, then I’m ready to go longer rounds. If it’s an early stoppage, then it’s an early stoppage. I’m just happy to fight again.

I’ve been sparring with good guys. I’ve been sparring with Manny (Emmanuel Oshunrinde), our very own Manny Pacquiao, I’ve sparred with Leon (Southern Area Cruiserweight Champ Leon ‘Solid’ Williams), I sparred today with a Heavyweight, I sparred with Caine (Caine Brodie). Caine will be on the same show.

TKO is a very good gym, very good gym for sparring. I spar three or four times in a week. You’ve got terrific sparring here. TKO gym is a good gym for sparring.

Let’s just make a good show of it. Lets have Caine win and me win. It’s a good thing, a good thing.”

Johnny Eames, Balker’s manager and co-trainer, then added, “Mitchell is in action again on the 5th March against John Anthony.

We’re really pleased for Mitchell, our TKO Box Office site has enabled us to give Mitchell a couple of fights as the house fighter which I think all prospects, which I consider Mitchell a prospect, deserve to be the house fighters.

I’m pretty certain from his attitude and his application and his training that he’ll put in another good performance. You know and then if myself and Rio can keep him in the house corner, through our TKO Box Office site, then so be it and I’m sure he’ll prosper from it.

Yeah, I’m pretty certain it’ll be another good win for Mitchell.”

Mitchell Balker versus John Anthony will be main support to Toks Owoh versus Billy Boyle at the Steve Goodwin promoted ‘Unleash The Fury’ event at York Hall, Bethnal Green, London on Saturday 5th March 2011.

The Unleash The Fury undercard features some of London’s best upcoming talents and including Balker’s Ultrachem TKO Gym mate ‘Dynamo’ Daryl Setterfield against Birmingham’s Andrew ‘Paddy’ Patterson.

Minster. Kent Light Heavyweight Dan ‘Woody’ Woodgate gets his third outing against Retford’s Lee Nicholson and Waltham Abbey Light Welterweight Phil Gill looks to take his unbeaten run to ten against Aysham’s Scott Moises.

Luton Lightweight Michael ‘Chunky’ Devine makes his welcome return to the ring, following his coveted ‘0’ to Mark ‘The Flash’ Alexander last year, and will be looking to get back to winning ways against the highly experienced Daniel Thorpe.

Biggleswade Light Middleweight Jamie Boness will be looking to extend his unbeaten record against Guildford’s Louis Byrne and Woolwich Super Middleweight Eder Kurti faces Welsh banger Jamie Ambler.

Unbeaten, in twelve, Hackney Middleweight Wayne Alwan-Arab is set to face Tooting based Bulgarian Danny Dontchev.

Another of Balker’s Ultrachem TKO gym mates, Caine Brodie, also features on the card against a yet to be named opponent.

Making their pro debuts at ‘Unleash The Fury’ are Harlesden Lightweight Met Sekiraqa, against Robin Deakin and former World Kick Boxing Champion, Llir Canolli, from Cosavo, against a yet to be named opponent.

Tickets for Unleash The Fury at the York Hall, Bethnal Green, London on Saturday 5th March 2011 are on sale now - priced £35 (Unreserved) or £60 (Ringside).

For tickets call: 07960 850645, book on-line at www.tkoboxoffice.com or in person at The Ultrachem TKO Gym, Gillian House, Stephenson Street, Canning Town, London E16 4SA.

The opponent for Lange will be the “Fighting Schoolteacher” Jimmy Holmes of DeMotte, IN. The bout will be a scheduled 10-rounder that will be fought at 160 pounds. Lange (34-4-2, 24 KO’s) is coming off the 2010 Beltway Boxing Knockout of the Year — a 10th round stoppage of Joe Wyatt November 6 at the Patriot Center. Lange won the NABA Junior Middleweight title with the win, but he will not be defending the title in this bout. Holmes (19-1-2, one NC, 10 KO’s) scored a first-round TKO over Joseph Harden on December 17 in Hammond, IN. Holmes is indeed a schoolteacher as he teaches physical education at an elementary school in Roselawn, IN.
  • Joseph Laryea has promised Ricky Burns a beating he’ll never forget when they clash for the World Boxing Organization (WBO) Super-Featherweight title next month. - Laryea has sparred up to 20 rounds at a time in the searing heat of Accra, Ghana, in a bid to get in shape for the fight at the Braehead Arena, Glasgow.
  • Segura vs. Calderon II — Ivan Calderon (34-1-1, 6 KO’s) might be going back for more punishment in a rematch with WBO light flyweight champion Giovanni Segura (26-1-1, 22 KO’s) on April 2nd at the Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. Calderon, 36, was stopped in the 8th round last year by Segura in August, and took a lot of punishment in that fight.
  • Klitschko vs. Solis to be televised on Epix in U.S – Boxing News — For American boxing fans hoping to see the March 19th bout between WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (41-2, 38 KO’s) and challenger Odlanier Solis (17-0, 12 KO’s) on cable, they’ll be happy to learn the news that the fight will be picked up by the American premium cable channel Epix on 3/19, according to Dan Rafael of ESPN.
  • Roman gets title shot - On a five-bout winning streak since his “Fight of the Year” candidate with Antonio Escalante a year ago, Juarez contender Miguel “Mickey” Roman (33-7, 25 KOs) has earned himself a shot at the WBA World Featherweight Champion Jonathan Victor Barros (31-1-1, 18 KOs). Rated No. 9 by the WBA, Roman will journey either to Barros’ country of Argentina, Mexico or Panama for the fight. Roman’s promoter, Promociones del Pueblo, is negotiating with Barros’ camp on the location.
  • WBA Super Middleweight Champion Andre Ward will be joining the Boxingchannel.com coverage team for the Feb. 19th Nonito Donaire-Fernando Montiel Bantamweight Title match. Ward, who is now in the semi-finals of the Super Six World Boxing Classic on Showtime, will be providing analysis and doing interviews at the Februrary 18th weigh-in and the post fight press conference on February 19th. Ward will be joining Al Bernstein and Trip Mitchell on the coverage team. All the features and interviews can be seen at www. Boxingchannel.com.
  • Title Elimination Bout - Woodland Hills, California (February 14, 2024) - Art of Boxing Promotions in association with Bash Boxing and Lights Out Promotions have added another USBA title bout to the third installment of WARNER CENTER WAR on Friday, March 4, 2011. In the co-main event, Otis Griffin (23-6-2, 9 KOs), ranked #7 by the IBF, puts his USBA light-heavyweight title on the line against Yusaf Mack (28-3-2, 17 KOs), who is ranked #8 in. This is a world title elimination bout with the winner becoming the mandatory challenger to IBF light-heavyweight champion, Tavoris Cloud..
  • Former two time WBA super middleweight champion Anthony Mundine (40-4, 24 KO’s) will be facing former Australian Contender Super middleweight series champion Garth Wood (10-1-1, 6 KO’s) on April 13th in what could be a fight that puts the 35-year-old Mundine’s career on the line when they meet at the Brisbane Entertainment Center. Mundine was shockingly knocked out in the 5th round by the little known inexperienced Wood last year in December.
  • WBA Super World middleweight champion Felix Sturm (34-2-1, 14 KO’s) will continue with his practice of dipping down in the bottom of the WBA rankings to find his opponents when he takes on number #12 WBA ranked Ronald Hearns (26-1, 20 KO’s) this Saturday night at the Porsche Arena, in Stuffgart, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. (source boxingnews)
