Velez Vs Cooper IBF Female Bantamweight Title
Sampson Boxing LLC makes their promotional debut on Sunday November 20, 2023 at the TEXAS Station Gambling Hall & Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sampson Boxing presents a LIVE BOXING event as part of the proceeds will be donated to the Las Vegas Rescue Mission & Shelter of Hope as a gesture of warmth to the hungry, homeless & those in need.
The Main Event is scheduled for 10 rounds, for the IBF Female, Super Bantamweight title. Puerto Rico’s (via Hollywood, FL.) IBF Champion, Ada Velez (19-3-3, 6 K.O.’s) vs. the pride of Las Vegas, Melinda “La Maravilla” Cooper (21-1, 11 K.O.’s).
An 8 round Heavyweight division extravaganza, featuring the son of Russia, “Mago” Magomed Abdusalamov (10-0, 10 K.O.’s) vs. Rich “Super” Power (15-1, 11 K.O.’s).
An IBF Female, Featherweight title bout scheduled for 10 rounds. The champion from Miami, FL., Stacey “Stay Lo” Rielle (10-3, 4 K.O.’s) vs. the Dominican Republic’s (Santo Domingo) Dahiana Santana (27-6, 12 K.O.’s).
In the Welterweight division, a 6 round bout; from Santa Marta Panama, Azael “Turbo” Cosio (11-1-2, 8 K.O.’s).
In the Super Middleweight division, a 6 round bout; from Bogota Colombia, Alexander Brand (14-0, 13 K.O.’s).
In addition, Tatina Anderson and Irma Garcia Nunez, the winner of the WBC reality show “Reto de Campeones”.
A guest of honor appearance by WBC Diamond, Middleweight title holder, Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez will be on present two hours before the fights for fan pictures, signing autographs and in support of the Las Vegas Rescue Mission & Shelter.

Sampson Boxing LLC has joined forces with Boris Grinberg to create a new organizational division of the Sampson Boxing family in Russia and usher a new era of blood into the heavyweight division. A jubilant Lewkowicz stated: “The signing of “Mago” Magomed Abdusalamov to a long-term promotional contract represents the next future heavyweight champion.
We are very pleased to have him be part of our team. We have big plans for him.” The 6’-3”, 230 pound, south paw born in Makhachkala, Russia holds a record of 9-0 with all of his victories coming by way of knock out. He is a two-time, Amateur National Champion of Russia.
The team who brought WBO Heavyweight Champion, Sultan Ibragimov to the pinnacle of his career is eager to hone the skills of their next boxing talent (Magomed), taking him to the next level in his career.
The new Sampson Boxing of Russia, division Partner Boris Grinberg had this to say: “It has taken many years to bring back a new heavyweight boxing style, combined with the team that has been put in place in Oxnard, California will be the recipe for the next future heavyweight champion.”
“Mago” Magomed, added: “I am proud to be part of the Sampson Boxing family of fighters and look forward to making my contribution. When I spoke with Sultan Ibragimov, he told me that I needed to get in touch with Sampson Lewkowicz if I wanted to become champion.”
Pablo Sarmiento, which currently trains Middleweight phenom and gate-keeper Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez, said: “In only the second week of working with “Mago”, Sergio and I have been pleasantly surprised to see great power combined with excellent hand speed coming from the south paw. I have now seen first-hand, a heavyweight boxer with these key attributes and I am excited to help propel his career to the next level. The boxing public will be able to see “Mago” Magomed, for themselves on October 1, 2024 on the under-card of the Sergio Martinez fight in Atlantic City, NJ.

Golden Boy after Anselmo Moreno
International Agent & Promoter Sampson Lewkowicz, representing Golden Boy Promotions is diligently working on signing the WBA Bantamweight Super Champ, Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno (30-1-1, 10 K.O.‘s) to the existing talented stable of Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions.
Lewkowicz is working with the Panamanian Manager, Dr. Roberto Grimaldo and International boxing representative Jacques DesChamps on a promotional contract to secure the southpaw. Lewkowicz has stated:
“We MUST have this contract signed by the end of the business day of Monday, March 28, 2011, to get this deal done. Our goal is to have a signature on the contract by the deadline date.”
